EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Exchanges for HOOP products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7-10 working days of receiving your order to our help address. Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, we’ll issue an online credit equal to worth of the article returned. You can use this online credit for your next online shopping.
HOOP makes sure that all their customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.
- Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
- Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
- The product is in a re-saleable condition
Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and that the garment is unused.
